- 3 meses - tubos de flash
- 6 meses - baterías
La garantía cubre solo daños y defectos resultantes de razones inherentes al dispositivo vendido.
La garantía no cubre:
- daños mecánicos y defectos causados por ellos
- daños resultantes del uso incorrecto o almacenamiento del producto no conforme al manual de usuario y las normas de seguridad
- daños causados por factores externos como inundaciones con líquidos, humedad, temperatura demasiado alta o demasiado baja, descargas atmosféricas, agentes químicos y otros factores fuera del control del garante
- daños resultantes de reparaciones y alteraciones no autorizadas
- daños resultantes del desgaste natural, tales como: arañazos, suciedad, abrasiones
El cliente puede ser cargado con los costos de transporte y diagnóstico del producto si el producto enviado como parte de la reclamación de garantía es funcional o sus defectos resultan del uso incorrecto del producto.
Los defectos que ocurran durante el período de garantía serán reparados sin cargo, lo antes posible, lo que no debe exceder de 14 días desde la fecha de aceptación del equipo para reparación. El plazo puede extenderse si la reparación requiere la importación de piezas de repuesto y otras situaciones aleatorias fuera del control de Godox.
Godox no se hace responsable de pérdidas financieras y otras consecuencias de derecho civil causadas por un defecto en el dispositivo anunciado (pérdida de beneficios, volumen de negocios, imposibilidad de realizar negocios).
Si es necesario entregar el equipo al servicio, el Cliente está obligado a enviar el equipo en un embalaje debidamente asegurado con rellenos para que no haya riesgo de daño al equipo durante el transporte. En caso de daño, los costos son asumidos por el cliente. No se aceptarán paquetes contra reembolso. Las solicitudes de servicio se pueden realizar directamente en el sitio web o en persona en el punto de compra del producto.
